A memorable experience
I booked the Presidential Suite so there was plenty of space and it made the stay really pleasant. The place has the special Moroccan atmosphere with many fine details, colours and small corners to look at.
The bed was huge and really comfortable, and the room had both a table and two armchairs, so you actually wanted to stay there and not just sleep.
In the pictures, the bed was covered with beautiful red blankets, while my room had some slightly sad brown blankets — it could well be made more inviting in reality.
The window niches lacked mattresses and pillows; otherwise it would be the perfect place to sit with a cup of tea and enjoy the sun.
The place is very quiet, so you sleep really well at night. On the rooftop there is a small pool, which is perfect for cooling off in the heat. There are also several cozy outdoor areas on the roof as well as a kitchen and space for a smaller party or dinner if you are traveling with friends.
The bathroom was large and nice, although the jacuzzi unfortunately did not work.
The taxi arrived at 3:30, exactly as ordered. Breakfast was good and typical Moroccan with various kinds of white bread, honey, jam and almond cream.

Paradise

I had a truly wonderful stay at Riad Omara al Kasbah. The riad is authentic, well-maintained, clean, and very quiet, perfect for experiencing Marrakech in a relaxed atmosphere.
The real highlight, however, is the staff: everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. A special thanks goes to Mustafa, an exceptional person. His hospitality, availability, and genuine kindness made the stay even more special. It is rare to meet someone who makes guests feel so welcome.
I also really liked the Kasbah neighborhood. Far from the most intense chaos of the Medina, one feels almost part of a small village: the locals are friendly, the atmosphere is authentic, and you truly feel at home right away.
If I return to Marrakech, I will definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

We loved this holiday such an experience something we’ve never done before, if you want the full Moroccan experience this is the place to stay, we had such a fabulous time the rooms were clean and cool. The little rooftop pool was gorgeous too we would go up on an evening before dinner after a long day of exploring. You are more in the old town it’s a nice walk into the centre with all the restaurants and bars

Excellent location, excellent service, Mustafa is an exceptional host. The Riad is impeccable. The hammam is spectacular. The food, the breakfast, everything is excellent!!

The paradise.
Without a doubt, it has been a great decision to find this Riad. About 15 minutes from the square, but in an area that is no longer so touristy, but rather local. The Riad is beautiful, peaceful, and its staff is wonderful. Thanks especially to Mustapha, who made me feel at home.
