One night is enough
I chose this Riad because it was very close to the airport, so I would avoid long traffic jams from my hotel in Gueliz. Be careful, it is not a Riad but a Dar with only two rooms, in an apartment building. Quite a few stairs up. One room was a bit bigger and a bit nicer, with air conditioning, the bathroom was just around the corner, but the window led to another living room or whatever it was, so I didn't want that room. The room I got was very small, the bathroom was not in the room but outside. However, I thought there was a balcony as it said on booking.com, but there was only a window there. The bed was okay but a bit hard to lie in. There was a fairly large and nicely decorated living room where I had dinner and breakfast. Everything was clean everywhere. Wifi worked well. The owner was very friendly and helpful and I was grateful for that because I got a leg operation and had a bit of difficulty moving around.
The advantage was that it was close to the airport and by taxi it took about 5-10 minutes.
I disliked the pictures on booking were not really realistic, especially they gave the impression that there was a riad and garden there too, but that is not true. Anyway, I did not see the entrance picture as it is shown on booking.com. I even got the impression that the room is big, has the bathroom in the room, that there is a balcony and terrace, so I can say that the pictures were a bit misleading in some way. Even these pictures that you find on Google Maps when you open the link to this riad, give you the impression of a riad and not how it looked in reality.
It was not some historical building as I read on booking.com, just an older residential building with a small entrance and many stairs up to a floor with some rooms.
I could not take many pictures due my disability but took pictures only of my room, bathroom and living room where I got served dinner and breakfast.
My first thought was "Terrible". When booking, they promised me that there would be no problem when I asked for a room with a balcony, if it was on the ground floor or some elevator because I am a bit disabled after an accident.
When I got to the room I got another shock, a really small room with no bathroom and only a small window, no balcony. The bathroom was a bit away from the room.
I wouldn't recommend it very much and I cancelled my next stay. I had already booked for the time I was flying home.

It's ok if you're going to the airport the next day, however not super clean and it's a shared bathroom, the host is a musician which is really nice if you want to listen to him play. I'd advise in finding a more suitable location if possible, good last minute option tho if in need of close to airport location!
