He was doing events for kids.
Located a short distance from the town center called Walzazazate, but in the building on the right hand side just after the check-in office enters, each room has a courtyard with a pool before heading out. There's a tent in the courtyard, a play for children? We were doing events like this. The room had twin beds but was well-furnished. It was hard to unlock the door because there were shops selling sweets and miscellaneous goods near the hotel. The town itself doesn't have much to see, but when I took a walk, I felt like I could see pretty much everyone's life.

Dark Room
Stayed in this local four stars hotel for one night, room and furniture was classic and dark as light bulb took very long time to light up a bit, not enough light in the bedroom area. Big swimming pool close to the bar and restaurant. No lift and lucky Bell Boys will help out to carry the luggage. One straight stairwell from group to main check in area and then walk up stairs to your floor. Buffet during evening and morning, will fill you up. Group tours seem mostly stay in here.

Today I went to the pool at the Hanane Hotel and was deeply disappointed by the Welcoming. As soon as I arrived, two security guards addressed me aggressively, with an inappropriate tone and totally inappropriate behavior. One of them even pushed me – a shocking and unjustifiable attitude in a hotel establishment.
I immediately reported the incident to the Director on site. Unfortunately, the latter showed no seriousness, merely responding casually: “Do what you want,” without trying to understand or correct the situation.
No consideration, no gesture of apology, no respect for the customer.
I strongly recommend this property to anyone looking for a professional, welcoming and secure place.

I went to the Hanane Hotel pool today and was very disappointed by the Welcoming. At the entrance, two security officers misspoke to me, with an aggressive tone and totally inappropriate behavior. One of them even pushed me. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially in an establishment that is supposed to welcome its guests with respect and professionalism.
I immediately reported the facts to the director, but he showed no seriousness. His only response was: “Do what you want,” without trying to understand or intervene.
No support, no excuses, no sense of Customer Service.
I strongly advise against this place, especially to those looking for a welcoming, respectful and secure place.

Bad service
If you talk to one and talk to her, the supervisor will come, he tells you that you have to pay for another room, then you have to give him a tip the person here is not hood service not good if you se peaked witha girl tell you , you can’t stay with her.
