I had the pleasure of visiting the beautiful Binjbal resort, and I can only recommend it warmly. Nestled in the mountains, this place offers breathtaking views and impeccable services. The staff is very attentive, the rooms are spotlessly clean, and everything is thought out to make the stay pleasant. It was a real pleasure to discover this place, and I hope to return, insha'Allah, many times more. Thank you to the whole team for this great experience!

Disappointed despite a splendid environment

The setting is really beautiful: the site is charming, with stunning views and very nice houses. Unfortunately, our experience did not live up to this beautiful setting.
First of all, we could not take a hot shower because there was only cold water, which is very difficult considering the cold Ouirgane. We also suffered electricity and water outages during our stay.
For a group of 23 people, one person provided all the service, which was clearly not enough. The quality of the meals was very disappointing. We couldn't even eat on site. Being in an isolated place, with no possibility of delivery or service, we are found without a catering solution.
I won't go back!

Worst host

It was the most terrible experience that we had, our stay got cancelled 2 days before check-in because he planned the pest treatment on our stay, keep in mind we booked that a month ago. We got lucky because we were staying near the town before that. I can only imagine if someone else flew from out of the country just to get this kind of treatment. I mean what kind of management is that!!!
