Rabat Visit

Nice hotel in a central location. Very helpful staff particularly Mr Khalid at reception gave good advice on travel to various cities.
Rabat is a super lovely city.

Great hotel

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, good location and definitely recommendation for short stay. No complaints at all! Very nice. Location nice and central, plenty to do nearby and within walking distance. I would definitely return here when I'm back in rebat.

Stealing accusation!

The hotel is overpriced if we compare it to the services. During the check out they accused me for stealing the towel.i was really embarrassed !!( Pay attention the person who did it can steal also your stuff) I don't recommend it ............

Bad experience

Friendly staff apart from a receptionist of impossible arrogance.
Poor cleanliness and breakfast at least one can say average.
Lots of anomalies in the rooms you have to manage without your knowledge.
Terms of payment day to day very strangely, first time I experience this!!!
I would not recommend it to anyone if we are looking for a peaceful stay.

Pleasantly surprised, good job.

I really don't understand all the negative reviews. My experience was perfect. Clean room and sheets, excellent service and kind staff. This 3 * hotel easily competes with 4 * on cleanliness and service. Food could use a bit more work though, it's pretty average. But overall I was pleasantly surprised.
