Comfortable, clean, and courteous!

A brand new hotel that deserves much better than its current rating!
Spacious and quiet rooms, with a comfortable living area (with Netflix subscription on a large screen web TV), Nespresso coffee maker, fridge, and microwave, as well as a very nice shower (with clean towels)
Special mention for the welcome from a truly very kind and efficient team. Very good location in the Agdal neighborhood with its many chic shops and restaurants. Small parking in the basement.
Very good value for money. Thank you for everything, we will return!

Nice clean hotel room. Friendly staff at reception. Close to the team stop and easy access to the train station.

This hotel is located at a quiet, residential area and is easy to access with metro. While it was clean, the staff was nowhere to be found most of the day Sunday, with guests waiting with their luggages for hours. The towels were old and grey, I had to ask three times to get a second set (if I could find the receptionist). It is more like a student hostel than a hotel. Seems like converted from an apartment, not worth the $$

Don’t recommend for longer stays

Pros: location and clean
Cons: there is no guest service. There was noone at the reception all morning Sunday and people who were checking in and out had to wait for hours. There were limited towels which were worn out and grey. There are no desks to work. If you need a place to sleep for one night, it is fine but I don’t recommend this place for longer stays
