How can you start to describe this hotel. It's simple the staff. Every single person every one ... Not one person had a sour expression not the gardners the pool boys the bar staff the restaurant team every single person went out of their way to make my stay an ever lasting memory. Just superb in every aspect we checked after a delay at the airport so only arrived at 2am. It was like 10 in the morning super fast efficient service and that's how it continued throughout our stay. Well done

This property is a sanctuary! It is so well maintained and the staff were expectional. We were blown away by all the little details and how helpful everyone was. Our room was clean, quiet, spacious and had everything we needed. The only thing that slightly let it down was the shower. It wasn’t the same standard as the rest of the room. We would absolutely stay here again. The breakfast was a highlight for me and the pool!

Wonderful!
We had a wonderful experience during our visit. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning architecture and a luxurious atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome, and the service was excellent throughout.
A special thank you to the F&B team for the outstanding hospitality, delicious food, and great service. Everything was beautifully presented and made our visit even more enjoyable.

From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by a team of remarkable kindness, elegance, and professionalism. Every smile, every attention, and every gesture made this experience a memory that we will cherish for a lifetime.
