Perfect
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent, from the beautiful atmosphere and comfortable rooms to the quality of the service. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.
A special thank you to Ouijdane, who was absolutely amazing! She was kind, attentive, professional, and made us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay.

Where to start?
A 5-star hotel that doesn't even deserve 2!
If you don't know where to go, it's simple: don't set foot there!!
I just got back from 1 week and I was just counting the days until I could return. Zero professionalism, from the cleaning staff to the entertainment team, absolutely no one is trained.
We arrived in the room and I am just showing you the state of the room upon our arrival, 5 min after our arrival we had to go complain at the front desk, For room cleaning, prepare yourself to go beg for a "cleaning" that is anything but clean. Regarding the dining, the buffet is mediocre, you have to beg every waiter for silverware, a glass, a napkin.
Regarding the entertainment, well wow!
Zero! Pure forcing, I even got into an argument with an entertainer because I refused to participate in a game, he even woke up a gentleman who was resting quietly by the pool just to have a few more people for his lousy game!
The kids club is dirty and the entertainment is nonexistent, the gym is in a deplorable state!
Honestly I do not understand how travel agencies still offer this hotel! Avoid at all costs!!!

Disappointing in terms of excursions
I would not go back; there is nothing to do, the excursions are expensive, and they are terrible—nothing to see! The rooms are large, the buffet is varied except for the desserts, which are always the same; the evening shows are incredible, it's a shame that they end much too early at 11:00 PM. During the day, the activities are always the same: water polo, darts, bocce, water aerobics. On the beach, the lounge chairs are way too far from the water; the water itself is clear, and you can stand for a long way out, but you have to go in the morning because it's packed in the afternoon. For the return, the taxi or bus comes to pick us up 4 hours before the flight; it's unheard of to wait 3 hours at the airport because it is tiny, and the time to check in luggage + security is done in 15 minutes. Disappointing hotel, nothing to do around it except the marina, a few restaurants and shops; otherwise you have to go to Saidia or Oujda and there is nothing pretty to see! The dining service is a disaster; you always have to ask to clean the table or for glasses or cutlery; anyway, it's disappointing. The entertainers are cool, they spend time talking with the vacationers during the day; fortunately they have a good mood! Soso is top-notch and super dynamic, Zyko is the funniest, Zazou is excellent with Gabin at the kids' club, Lola is very kind and dances super well; hats off to her because she is the one who did all the choreography for the evening shows! The strong point is the evening shows and it's family-friendly; everyone talks to each other.

Really no point other than spending 9000 e for 6 people for 9 nights
Frankly, it is not my habit to post reviews
But in this case, I advise you to refrain and spend 2 or 3,000 euros more and go to Club Med or not go at all.
Kids club in a prefab building where the children only draw, so obviously they don't want to go, in short,
Only positive thing, the staff who do their best.
Never again this kind of redneck club

Very big disappointment for a hotel advertised as 5 stars
We are currently staying at the Radisson Blu Resort Saïdia Garden and we are extremely disappointed with the quality of the services.
We are 2 adults with one child. Our son has to sleep on a sofa bed that is in a worrying state and gives the impression that it could fold in on itself. For a child, I find this situation totally unacceptable in an establishment that presents itself as a 5-star hotel.
The extra bedding is also very disappointing: a blanket was simply provided, without a sheet, and we had to find it in a closet.
Regarding cleanliness, here again, a big disappointment: dusty linens, a room that absolutely does not correspond to the level of luxury one might expect.
And let's talk about the dining… We are far from what we expected from a 5-star hotel. Even the couscous, an iconic dish of Moroccan cuisine, can be served without real sauce or vegetables. The choice and quality of the meals disappoint us enormously, the restaurant tables are never ready, everything is dirty, we have to chase after salt, plates, cutlery, etc… coffee machine broken, variety needs a complete overhaul.
The problem is not looking for absolute luxury, but simply having services consistent with the price paid and especially with the "5-star" designation.
At this level of luxury, safety, hygiene, bedding, and the quality of the dining should be priorities.
We are currently on-site and we sincerely hope that management will take these remarks seriously, because as it stands, our experience is very far from what we were entitled to expect.
