This was my sixth stay at Douliz Hotel & Spa, and every visit has been just as great. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers stunning views with a peaceful atmosphere, both day and night.
The staff are always kind, welcoming, and provide excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back again!

A very Nice Hotel , Great Views in Sale/Rabat Morocco

This is a very nice hotel on the river separating Rabat & Sale in Morocco. It has a nice small pool overlooking the river. A restaurant and bar with tables on the river as well as inside. Art is all around the hotel. There is a spa & very small fitness center.
You can walk to the Sale Medina about 15 minutes. Otherwise you must have transportation to the Kasbah or Rabat Medina. Taxis do not travel between Rabat & Sale so that makes it a bit difficult. Uber functions there and most trips are $5. Careem is a local uber much cheaper. But wait times for both are long and often they will cancel before they come. Hotel rooms are large. AC could be better but ok. Soon hotel will need a bit of an update in the rooms.

This hotel does not deserve the 5 stars.

We had a room above a bar where there was music until 3 AM and we could not sleep because of it.
Night.
After calling the reception several times, we were offered to change rooms around 1 AM.
I sent an email to the hotel management requesting financial compensation and I still have not received a response.

Memorable experience, thank to the front desk manager

I have been coming to this hotel for years, but I have to say that I would never write with a review if I haven’t seen the great changes that was made by Imane. Since her arrival everything has changed and different desk has been more hospitable and more efficient. I am impressed with her patience, Smile, availability, and sense of hospitality.
This review may sound focused on one person but that’s because I am a professional tourism and hospitality in Morocco, and they know that people are the ones that can make an experience memorable for the opposite.
Imane is a gem for this hotel.

The Hammam spa followed by a 45-minute massage was exquisite. Wonderful experience. My wife and I enjoyed the full-body scrub thoroughly.
