AMAZING

We had the BEST time at this incredible hotel. We have met the most amazing staff: Abdelmounen, Farid and Souhaib. We couldn’t been helped better. Not only are they very good at hospitality, they are also the most kind and sweet. The hotel managers were also so good to us and offered us the best time, inside and outside the hotel. We will definitely come back here. Miya f lmiya recommended.

Spa is overpriced, inexperienced staff.

I recently tested the Dos Banos Spa at the Idou Malabata hotel in Tangier with my wife.
Given the positioning of the establishment, the use of Maison d’ASA products, a recognized brand in the wellness field, and the price of about €100 per person, we legitimately expected a service of very high quality.
Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. While the staff was courteous and respectful, the practitioners clearly seemed to lack professional training. The movements were approximate, the massage techniques poorly mastered, and the overall service gave the impression of staff insufficiently qualified for a spa with such ambitions and prices.
There is a significant gap between the high-end image conveyed by the brand of the products used and the actual quality of the service provided. The problem does not lie in the reception or the products, but in the level of competence and training of the practitioners.
We therefore recommend that future clients moderate their expectations. At this price level, it is reasonable to expect professional, technical service that meets the standards of a high-end establishment, which unfortunately was not our experience.

One. Top-notch breakfast.

A big thank you to Sofia from breakfast. Every morning, she welcomes us with a beautiful smile and is always in a good mood.
She takes the time to ask if everything is okay and prepares the tea with great kindness.
The breakfast is truly excellent.
For us, this is the highlight of the hotel.
There is an enormous selection for all tastes, and everything is fresh and good.
Thank you to the entire team, and a special mention to Sofia for her kindness and excellent hospitality.
