Incredible

Honestly, this is an establishment that I recommend 100%.
I particularly appreciated the comfort, discretion, availability, and kindness of the entire team.
I also want to highlight the professionalism of the director, who is always available and concerned about placing customer satisfaction at the heart of his priorities.
A big thank you to Hotel Marina for this excellent experience. I will return with great pleasure and recommend it without hesitation.

Easy 15 minute walk from the port and a lovely lobby. Unfortunately we were allocated the wrong room on arrival and it took a lot longer than was relayed to us to ready the correct room. Staff were helpful. The room was great, view was spectacular and we really appreciated it but the delay meant we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool area etc.
Breakfast was average-the area felt a bit disjointed- we didn’t even realise there was an omelette station in a far corner until it was too late. Some hot options weren’t refilled in the 45 minutes we spent there.
Overall, it was good but could’ve been a bit better.

Excellent choice

1. Perfect location. Location is probably one of the best in the city center. Hotel is located walking distance from most sites (ferry, souk, old city, waterfront, etc) so you have the beauty of the marina but you’re away from the crowd and noise of the more commercial downtown area.
2. Hotel staff was stellar, from the check-in team, the security, to the waitstaff. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful. We had a few hiccups with the room cleaning, but the management stepped in remedied everything quickly and efficiently. The manager even made himself to help with any questions or concerns we had. He is doing a great job in terms of oversight and training.
3. The pool was really nice.
3. Room was both comfortable and spacious. Loved the art themed decor of the hotel. It was like staying in an art gallery.

The room was okay.
Storage shelves and space for hanging clothes were very dusty and unclean.
Also, near main busy roads so very noisy late at night and in morning. Also don’t think rooms were soundproof.

Awesome go again

The Hotel was very clean and quite and classy with the decor, staff were all friendly n nice, especially Chaima at front desk, helped resolved certain issues also very helpful in places to eat and where to go
