Room was clean and even had a water bottle which was a nice touch. I also appreciated the quickness of the check in as I had to get to an AFCON game straight after dropping my stuff off.
They also offer free luggage storage.

I paid online via paypal to protect my data, the receptionist told me oh we try to connect to your bank and its saying funds issue, i don’t understand how did they access my paypal account, i kept telling them why are you trying to connect to my method of payment while i paid online everything.

Very bad experience

Our stay at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Tangier was a very bad experience overall. I stayed there with my wife.
The night reception staff were very kind and helpful, but unfortunately the morning reception was not good at all. There was no telephone in the room to contact reception, which I find very unacceptable and unprofessional for a hotel of this category.
The room was not clean, poorly maintained, and there was a strong smell of tobacco smoke everywhere, including inside the room. Noise also made it difficult to rest.
Because of these issues, we did not even have breakfast. Overall, we did not feel well treated as guests. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for couples or non-smokers. We will not return.
