Gostei da vossa recepção ,do acomodação, da piscina, gastronomia, o sítio é aconchegante ,o pessoal da limpeza mil maravilhas ,do som do próprio ambiente Gostei bastante resumido foi muito divertido

Absolute NoGo, a disgrace for Ointa de Ouro

Very bad experience, small room, old broken furniture, mold in the bathroom, broken air conditioning, broken wifi, cheap breakfast with not even water or juice, had to pay 600 meticas (9 euros) extra for 2 small glasses of diluted orange juice. Party people at the pool with very loud music until 2 am

fantastic holiday

spend one week in this hotel. very good value for money. friendly staff. very nice food. clean rooms. top service. 5 minutes from the beach. definitely to recommend. you need a 4x4 to get to the hotel the roads are sand roads. the hotel is also very safe and quiet.

Well worth the value

The hotel is less than 10 mins from Kosi Bay border. You definitely need a 4x4 to navigate the dirt roads (beach sand).
Friendly staff , especially Salvador & the cleaning staff (Beatrice). Very accommodating. Apartment was spacious, very neat and clean. Bedrooms/bathrooms were neat, clean (modern fixtures, fittings).
We didn’t eat at restaurant/bar downstairs- but has a good menu. Beach is not far. You can get basic items at the shops (millk, biscuits, beers, can food etc). There is a bakery that makes fresh ciabatta every morning at 6am for like R5 each. There is fishmonger also there for seafood (don’t buy from anyone selling out of cooler boxes on side of the road).
Wifi is unfortunately intermittent. TV (with Star Satellite services). Pool is great. Braai stand will be provided (with coal) upon request.
Power outage is common.
Overall pleasant stay with no major issues.

A palavra q encontro para este hotel e principalmente para o gerente um ladrao...quarto reservado com pagamento adiantado de 50% no inicio do mes de dezembro, durante o dia da chegada antes de entrarmos pedem os restantes 50%, quando chegamos ao quarto no minimo miserável, sujo, pequeno ....informamos q nao iriamos ficar no hotel e entao nao nos devolviam o dinheiro informando q era politica, politica essa nunca foi comunicada nos emails nem sequer estava afixada....o gerente quando se apercebeu da situacao para resolver, fugiu e após nos solicitarmos a sua presenca, disse q estava numa reuniao, pedimos o nome do mesmo e nao nos foi dado
....apenas posso descrever como um cobarde
