Great business hotel

Well located hotel for both business traveler or tourist. Walking distance from the banking sector of Maputo and close to the sea. There are a few good restaurants in the area and KFC is nearby. Great value for money.

Beyond bad

This place is absolutely bad bad. I got stuck in a lift and the emergency button was not working. The same lift we complained about when we first got in. Our shower was clogged, the cleaning person did literally the bare minimum, just made the bed. Ohh and the breakfast.... TERRIBLE. The only good thing about this place was the door man, very nice and helpful man. Bad place and terrible service.

Friendly Staff

The staff are friendly but this is a bed and breakfast not a hotel... ideal for quick in and out
You’ll be picked up from the airport in a taxi and you’ll have to pay the driver.
There is no restaurant in the hotel for you to order lunch or dinner. I had to walk out to get dinner for the 3 nights I stayed.
Fortunately it is in a central location so you can get fast food.

Could be better

I stayed here for an entire month and didn't quite enjoy the experience.
I recommend rooms in the lower floors because sometimes the water doesn't get to the higher floors. When this happened, management would either offer other room´s showers (when available) or buckets of water.
Breakfast could be better, more diverse.
Had housekeeping staff come into the room after knocking only once, so I advise you to keep your door locked.
The light on the stairs (from 3rd to 4th floor) was off for the entire month I stayed there.
Does not offer parking space (we parked on the sidewalk downstairs) and after sometime security said we had to pay to leave our cars.
On the positive side, had good internet, is well located (noisy busy part of the city, but on the center of the city)

Excellent transition . people were on the ball in assisting and making us feel safe and welcome. Exchange rate can be better but I guess it's season time.
Parking in front of building anase wit security.
