Love at first sight

My wife and I stayed here on holiday for a week and apart from the rainy weather, the location shows impactful details of superior quality. Since our arrival the welcome and hospitality made us feel at home, the hotel restaurant and 'sublime and giant portions.
The chef from Nepal really has magical hands in the kitchen, perfect execution and quality beyond my imagination.
The manager who comes from the Philippines is a person of unparalleled qualities and always available to your needs and requests, a highly professional person that everyone would like in their businesses and commercial enterprises.
What can I say?: thank you so much and keep climbing the top of the ranking. ❤️

We had a 5 night stay in Dec25. The staff were very welcoming and warm, with a smile. The buffet breakfast was simple but nice, and there was a Chef cooking individual egg facility for omelettes, etc. The hotel buildings, layouts, terraces, beach access and 2x pools were fine physically, clean and presentable, offering sun and shade. Our room was of good size and had a great little balcony to sit out on. However, the Management need to prioritise resources to ensuring reported faults are attended to promptly, so that guests are not lacking in functional amenities (eg. in the room). We had reported 5 issues, of which none were fixed before we left. Perhaps it is our taste in music / ambience, but we found the attractive bar area swamped by the TV sports channel, only being watched by the barman! And the restaurant background music was quite lound and bassy, of a modern hip genre, not in keeping with the colourful colonial style of the buildings. We enjoyed our stay, but it could be so much better if more thought went into the audio ambience and ALL room functionality worked.

The view the location in the service is spectacular. I would pay twice the go rate to stay here. Loved it.

Beautiful Hotel, the room, dining area, breakfast area, all have views of the ocean. The staff is very friendly Frankie. They could charge more for this place, and I’d still pay it.!!
