The service of the hotel is very poor, the staffs are not well-trained. Customer service is too bad.

The worst service in the hotel I have ever stayed in.The main thing is that there is no WiFi at all.I made a booking for 13 14 15 3 days.But I have work so I need WiFi.It was not convenient for me to stay at this hotel, so I told him to check out on the 15th.But since I booked for 3 days, they asked me to pay for 3 days.Even though I checked out on the morning of the 15th, I asked for a day on the 15th, and even asked for an extra bed.I have never experienced a hotel with such rules and regulations.
