I have recently checked out from room 1002. Excellent service of all Hotels Staff Reception, Bell boys, housekeeping, F&B team. Breakfast time is the most enjoyable moment for me. The FOODs were very delicious and many choices for locals and foreigners. Special appreciation for Chef and his kitchen team for making this excellent food at morning , start the day. Highly appreciated the excellent service of Restaurant Manager Ko Myint and his team. I haven’t seen the other staffs on my this return trip. But I was still find for getting the welcoming and hospitality service of Ko Myint/ Restaurant Manager. I will definitely return back soon.

Superb stay

Ease hotel is a fantastic hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately I aggravated an old injury so we spent most of our time in the hotel and I can’t think of a better place to rest and recuperate. The room is a good size, well appointed and we never felt cramped or caged. The bed was large and extremely comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the food at the roof top bar was very good. The pool looked amazing but I didn’t take advantage of it but definitely will next time we are here…. We will certainly be returning! The staff were brilliant, so friendly and helpful, and couldn’t do enough for us. I thought the people in Thailand and Vietnam were friendly but the people here in Myanmar take friendliness up a level. Location seems to be very good, handy to the palace and several important pagodas but I might have to leave my comments on the location to the next time we are here when I can get out and explore this amazing city.
