Fantastic Management and Hotel
The first thing I would like to commend them for, is for their understanding and hospitality to my partner and I at breakfast. We were in the dining room, with a room full of a large chaotic tour group. They could see we were uncomfortable were very accommodating personally to us, to ensure we had everything we needed.
Secondly, I left my yoga mat at the hotel after I departed Mandalay for Bagan. The hotel found my yoga mat in my room, and posted it to me to a Myanmar address, so I could receive it back. I'm from the UK currently backpacking around the world, with no base or long term address. The mat is not an easy thing to post itself, let alone timing it so I could receive it in time. They made it happen!
Huge praise to be had for the management and staff of this hotel. They went out of their way, and should be commended.

We arrived late and as the kitchen was closed the staff went to the night market for us, this was exceptional service and very much appreciated.
The hotel was very well priced and we will definitely stay there again.
