This was a great place to stay in the town of Inle Lake. Right next to the jetty where the boats depart from. The boats start about 6:00 a.m. and finish about 10:00 p.m. They are noisy but it didn’t bother us too much. Friendly staff and very obliging.The hotel organised a 6 hr boat trip for us so we didn’t have to navigate the sellers next to the jetty ($18 for 3 people for the day).

Tte location is one of the best. Beautiful view of the river, next to the boats, and quiet. Just around the corner there is a busy street with plenty of commerce, convenience stores, Restaurants and the market is about 5 blocks away.
the room was large, very clean, good A/C, TV and Wifi. In all floors they have a small terrace as smoking area.
The breakfast was a lot better than expected and you can also order some items a la carte.
The best part was the service. They have a doorman and the entrance od the property, the staff always smiling and ready to help.
They arrange boat trips and tours for a very competitive price and they even bought my bus ticket for my return to Mandalay.
Considering the low price, it was an amazing deal. Highly recommended to everyone

Ticked all boxes - great servixe

Our family of 5 stayed for 3 nights - on balance great value, outstanding service and a very good location to explore Inle Lake. We booked 2 rooms both with shower & hot running water (be patient it takes a minute or so to heat up). There is a supermarket just across the river so buy cold cheap beer there. The breakfast view from level 4 is great - breakfast served 6am to 9am. Also recommend a drink up there on level 4 for sunset but the beer is not cold enough! Overall Very Highly recommended.

Very good stay. Good location being right on the canal. Roof top terrace was amazing to watch activity on the canal and street below. Breakfast was good. Only negative was that the bedding and towels had a moth ball smell if you are sensitive to odours.

Large corner room gave great view of canal and not too noisy early in morning. Preferred first morning breakfast where everything was made to order. Buffet food next day not too warm.
