Nice stay

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts are wonderful, and both dinner and breakfast were plentiful and delicious. If you happen to be passing by, this is definitely a recommended stop.

High-class property

We were passing through and only stayed one night (camping), arriving in the dark in the evening. The property is truly good, well-maintained, and of a superior class. Dinner and breakfast were good. Fantastic location, isolated in the middle of nature.. At the campsite we were about 50 m from the bathroom/shower, but in our pitch there was still a faucet and an electrical outlet

Stargazing in the desert

We enjoyed the space of the house after having traveled for some time, and the total privacy. We had an informative and fun stargazing session the one evening and also appreciated the fauna and flora and historical relevance of the area.

Amazing

good day,
our family spend a weekend on Rooisand - camping with evening star gazing tour. simply fantastic. the campsites are great, the facility perfect - however, what stood out was the friendliness of the staff (including Eugene and his wife). the evening star gazing tour was amazing and well worth it. Definitely perfect! regards

The best host I ever met

I've been travelling around the world and I can say Irida and Axel from Rooisand Desert Ranch are the best hosts I've ever met. They make us to feel at home and they do everything possible to show us the very best the ranch can offer at their guest. We will always remember their hospitality and the time we spent at Rooisand in our hearts.
