CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE ACCOMMODATION HALFWAY BETWEEN LUDERITZ AND SESRIEM

Maltahohe is little more than two gas stations and a supermarket. It is easy to locate this accommodation and has nice gardens and communal barbecue. We were able to leave the car inside although it does not seem to have many places. Our room (deluxe double) was spacious with a lounge at the entrance (two armchairs and table, fridge and teapot). The right size bedroom with a large double bed, good mattress and very good sheets and white pillows, two tables with lamps and a good desk with plugs. There was another single bed next door. Air conditioning. Normal size bathroom with toilet, small sink, mirror and shower to the floor with curtain (well hot water and good towels). Good WiFi, quiet sleep and very good cleanliness. The owner was very friendly and attentive, preferring the cash payment. The sliding bathroom door did not fit well and being near a watercourse, there were quite a few mosquitoes (there was insecticide). No breakfast or TV. Recommended.

Nice guest house, super friendly owners and good basic accommodation

Skip the Maltahohe Hotel and stay at the Hudup Guest House instead.
Friendly owners nice accommodation with A/C at a fraction of the hotel price.
Nice desert garden with braai facilities
Fridge, A/C, kettle and ensuing bathrooms.
Good value for money and clean well furnished accommodation

Wonderful Welcome at Hudup Guesthouse, Namibia

Thank you for the wonderfully warm welcome to Hudup Guesthouse (07 June 2019), Maltahohe. Namibia. We are enjoying the beautiful and emasculate garden space. The self-catering kitchen is absolutely fabulous, so clean and well equiped, and so is the accommodation. Will definitely recommend Hudup Guesthouse to family and friends. Our sincere appreciation to the owners.

In the Centre Mr Venter

Mr Steyn Venter and his wife Florence are friendly hosts. We were welcomed and taken to our spotless rooms shortly after arrival. They also provided us with a little mobile braai to cook that evening as they are in the process of adding a mutual kitchen for guests to use. So this is not a self-catering service yet, but we managed to cook our dinner and went to the hotel for breakfast the next morning. The kettle, coffee and rusks in the room helped us to rise and shine the next morning. I can really recommend sleeping here. We had safe parking for our car and all we needed for a good nights rest.

Bom passagem rápida

Éramos 5 e dormimos todos no mesmo quarto, o que bastou pois foi apenas uma noite. As camas eram o pouco rijas. Não há a opção de pequeno almoço e dava jeito uma vez que não há opções na zona. Bom atendimento
