Charming hotel with top service

The Flamingo Hotel may be a little dated, but that is fully compensated by the very friendly and helpful staff. We had a lovely dinner and enjoyed a rich and catered breakfast. Also the beds were exceptionally comfortable, so we slept really well.

The hotel was a construction site on arrival with dust, noise etc. No advance warning provided.

Warm welcome and great service with minor bathroom issue

The hotel communicates well, making it easy to get clarity before booking. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and we appreciated the thoughtful welcome treat placed in our room. Food portions are generous and well prepared.
On the downside, the basin drainage was poor, causing water to sit for some time. Additionally, the shower lacked a soap holder, which meant opening the door frequently and resulted in water spilling onto the floor. The shower size is also a bit small and may feel uncomfortable for bigger-built guests. Aside from these issues, I would recommend the hotel.

Excellent location, very nice room. Staff is exceptionally kind and helpful.
