Phenomenal
I was assisted by Rosalia, what a pleasant experience and so welcoming. The service was amazing and she even helped us take a picture as friends. The food was amazing and she kept checking up on us. Thank you Avani Pantry for the hospitality.

Very unprofessional attitude. I'd never recommend it to anyone.
I had a booking from Monday to Friday and I let them know several days in advance that, due to flight disruptions, I'd be arriving Tuesday early in the morning instead of Monday and to keep my reservation. I've got a reply stating that it was noted and that would not be a problem.
However, when I arrived in there, reception staff seemed to unknow what I was talking to and claimed that I was trying to modify a reservation that did not allow that. When I showed them their own reply, they began with excuses and " Please, wait, we're consulting the proper department" and so on...
After a couple of hours, it finally turned out that the hotel gave my room to someone else for that night and, therefore, it wasn't ready yet for my to check-in.
Eventually, and after plenty of different excuses and reasons provided in a very rude way from reception staff, I had to wait until check-in time 14:00 pm to get a room, wasting a whole working morning. Needless to say that I was charged my full stay since "terms in my reservation did not allow modifications".

Experience at Avani hotel was excellent as usual, they never disappoint. Breakfast was superb as usual with multiple var
My family and I love Avani due to its central location,yet there’s no traffic noise once you are in the rooms. Good value for money. Dunes and stratos restaurants could include more meals on their menu.

Amazing stay
Great hotel with great service. They treat you very nice. Helpfull all the time. Personal there is one of the best i ever experienced. Rooms nice and clean. Big thank you for amazing waiter at breakfast Mr. Ziggo. This guy will change your bad morning into great day. Helpfull, nice and kind. Thanks for staying.

Great place
