I had such a wonderful stay here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the location is perfect with shops nearby and easy access to everything you might need.
What truly made this place special, though, was the hospitality. The owner, Michael, made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. His kindness and attention really created a warm, welcoming atmosphere that’s hard to find.
There’s also a restaurant at the hotel, and the food is genuinely delicious—definitely worth trying during your stay.
I’m heading to Pokhara now, but I already know that whenever I come back, this will be my home base every time. Highly recommended!

Inhaling the moment! Refershing stay

I stayed at Boudha Apart Hotel for three weeks in Sept/Oct 2024, and have stayed there briefly in 2023, the ambiance is new but homey, excellent location, the hotel room and bed were delightfully comfortable, and yes I enjoyed the refrigerator, AC and hot water cooker, also was nice to have a communal kitchen at the end of the corridor if desired. The room had a balcony to enjoy fresh air, but it was the roof that secured my stay. I just love the open view, the small room to do exercise (Yoga, Weights), and I just want everyone to remember to enjoy the roof. The dining experience was scrumptious (good breakfast, ravioli, etc.), the staff were attentive and the hospitality delightful on all aspects...my stay was relaxing, and close too so much I love (swimming, walks, music, shopping, stupa and restaurants), yes a enjoyable memorable experience that stays with you and you hope you find elsewhere the same when traveling. They worked to provide you with the extraordinary stay which is a nice treat, I did enjoy the time spent. Namaste

I highly recommend it!

Hi highly recommend this lovely hotel! Set in a perfect location near the Boudha stupa, it is very clean, comfortable, spacious and friendly. The owners are extremely knowledgeable and helpful if you need any tips on your visit to Kathmandu. It has a pleasant restaurant and the rooftop has a great view over the city. Very fairly priced too. I will certainly stay again!

Stayed for a few days, looks like this hotel just had a renovation ( everything) is new and clean
The staff was very help full and friendly
The room which i stayed in was perfectly clean and new bedsheets and towels were provided it also had a balcony;)
City centre is like 35 min walking and by car/bike 10min.
Will definitely book this hotel again when i visit Kathmandu.
