Amazing

What a wonderful hotel, staff were absolutely gorgeous. They helped with everything. The rooms were superb. The food was to die for. We will be going back there for sure. Best hotel we have stayed in in the last five weeks of travelling in India in Nepal.
Highly recommend this hotel for anybody going to Kathmandu.

We like everything about your hotel. The location , atmosphere , rooms service , cleanliness and other things. Your food was also good and also maintain hygine. The hotel staff was also very polite and maintain good behaviour

All hotel staff members -Excellent behaviour

Every thing concerns with a good hotel, I observe ALL.. Front office staff are very good and I would specially mention the restaurant's personal Lekh Raj and Manish who serve or taking care of guests morning and evening in well behaved manner

Terrific week

My wife and I stayed at the Crowne Imperial for a week last month and found it excellent in every way. Our room was large and very comfortable with many thoughtful amenities, breakfasts were delightful, and we enjoyed both restaurants. Most of all, the staff were unfailingly welcoming, helpful, friendly, and cheerful - special thanks to Ashok and Sanish at the Sky Lounge for taking such good care of us.
