Traveling from America for a wedding

We traveled to Nepal from America for a wedding, and Hotel Kasai was the first hotel we stayed at in Nepal. It was also the best hotel we stayed at in Nepal. An oasis in Lumbini, Hotel Kasai was extremely comfortable, with a staff that was incredibly hospitable, welcoming, and helpful, and the vibes and aesthetics were gorgeous. Beautiful architecture, affordable prices, cool AC, lovely, well-kept pool, and GREAT food at a three-meal-day in-hotel restaurant with a twist of Japanese and Nepali food thanks to the hotel’s wonderful tradition and founder. We went further into the plaines of Lumbini for a wedding and we actually went back-and-forth in order to go BACK to Hotel Kasai as the hotels where we were at were inadequate in comparison. Given the close location to the birthplace of Buddha, I cannot recommend another hotel in the entire region of Lumbini. Everything about the stay at Hotel Kasai was relaxing, stress-relieving, and fun. Don’t hesitate to book here!

Remarkable jewel within the Lumbini zone. If your looking for a better standard of accommodation than the local offering

Excellent facilities, first class rooms, service and food to die for! A great swimming pool. Just amazing attention to detail. Staff were attentive but not overbearing, yes a slightly higher price than other hotels in Nepal, but seriously affordable on a global basis,

Low quality of maintenance

I was rushed from a business meeting to my room for urgent communication. Although I logged into the WiFi as instructed, there was no internet connection, forcing me to use my mobile data. The bathroom appeared neglected, with poor maintenance. The Japanese-style commode was not fully automated, and its remote was detached and placed by the sink. Additionally, the bathtub was eroded. Based on my experience, I would rate the facility two stars, far below its advertised standards.

I find ,one of the peaceful and best hotel with in the Lumbeni area. just love it.

I have spent (2-3 May 22) two days and two nights in this Kasai Hotel . I found it more than I've expected , Beautiful sarounding ,wide open area with large swimming pool . wifi system was little bit complicate but I ve suggested them for better way.
Breakfast and dinner was so nice , specially I am Impressed with entire hotel staffs humbel treats , I would like to thank , Babita, Rishika. Sunita and Amer for their awesome customer care , service and smile , Lastly not the least , Ower Dr, Mr Kasai.

Good dinner

We had a gala dinner at this place. The hotel staff were extremely great and specifically the owner. The choices of food were good and the taste was awesome. One must try this restaurant when in Lumbini.
