Very relaxing, and comfortable hotel with fantastic hosts

Very hospitable group caring for this magnificent place they call hotel grand shambala. After my Annapurna trek it was a real delightful experience to stay and be cared for at this wonderful hotel.

Great Stay at Hotel Grand Shambala – Good bedroom, Warm Staff & Almost Italian standart Espresso!

We’re currently staying at Hotel Grand Shambala in Muktinath (one more night to go) after crossing Thorong La, and it’s been a wonderful experience so far. The rooms are clean, cozy, and warm, with beds that feel amazing after the trek. The facilities are simple but reliable, and having steady hot water at this altitude feels like pure luxury.
The food is tasty and fairly priced, the staff are exceptionally kind and attentive, and the espresso comes surprisingly close to Italian standards! A great stop for trekkers visiting Muktinath.

great

they were very friendy and welcoming. the food was very nice and the rooms very clean. the fireplace was on at night which made it even more enjoyable. i highly recommend staying at hotel grand shambala, especially after finishing a big day of trekking
