In the middle of Patan, right place to stay.

Clean room. Hot water. Nepalese food and right prices. We can feel that this place is there since long time for clients as they know how to be kind. You are in the middle of wonderful Patan Durbar Square. Unesco heritage and comparable to renaissance beauties.. you really dip into medieval and sustainable word. As europeans we should just admire, respect and learn.

Old famous place

Its a pity....The BEST location in Patan, beautiful old charming house, wonderful staff, 3rd generation family owner who proudly wants to continue running the place, good reputation and mentioned in all guide books etc etc.....
But the truth is - the place really needs a proper renovation...its old old old.
And even old would be okey if you would take care of the place.
Wash all the windows, clean and varnish all the furniture, change the old curtains to new ones, make sure the bedlinen is clean and not full of stains, make the waterheater/hot shower work please, scrub all the tiles in the bathrooms, change the carpets....take out all the dust from everywhere..These are all small things that can be made cheaply with only manpower, no need to spend tons of money.
This wonderful place needs a proper facelift, back to its past glory !!!
It got all the potential.
Owners are really really nice people with good english and communication.

I loved there food and every food I have tried here, I m very happy with it. Sukuti, buff chilly,their pizza and Newari item are really good. It I also quite popular and I m very happy to have known this place.

Bad experience

We visited the restaurant for lunch in September 2019 and we greeted with a frosty reception. The nepalese food was bland and the staff unfriendly. I would not recommend this restaurant. There are many alternatives in the area.

Please do Smile☺️

Visited this place with family to have a lunch and to try the cone pizzas, we enjoyed the food, quite and calm environment but the only thing lacking was the smile of the service staff.
No complain about the food every one they liked it but please do train your service staff to smile
