Overall good experience
We had an overall pleasant experience. The room condition was good but the air conditioning was not functioning efficiently. Our all of rooms had the same issue. The management should consider repairing or replacing the AC units to improve guest comfort.
The food quality was also commendable. Breakfast and dinner were served as buffets, offering a good variety of options. The only drawback was that room service was occasionally a bit slow.
The staff members were courteous, well-behaved and helpful.

Amazing stay
the hotel has a great location and friendly staff, which i really appreciated. The check in process was smooth, and the room was decent for the price. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and very comfortable. i loved the peaceful environment and the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and everything tasted fresh. i would definitely stay here again.
