A Beautiful stay at Breitner House

We had a lovely 3 night stay at the Breitner House. The house has so much charm and character! It is decorated nicely with furnishings appropriate to the age of the house.
Camilla is a lovely host, and the breakfast was fit for royalty! The area is safe for walking, quiet, and close to a train station for easy navigation around the city. The park across the street was lovely. Restaurants within walking distance.

The house is beautiful and I feel going back time. The sunlight is bright in the space. The bathroom is spacious and also full of light.
We had a great time. Thank you Camillia for preparing the breakfast as well.

An Amsterdam Must!!

Camilla was an outstanding host and went out of her way to make our stay an amazing experience. We felt like we were with family!
The lavish breakfast was a wonderful surprise and a great way to start a day!
We loved the paintings and beautiful rooms, great conversations and stories about the house.
Keep life interesting and go to the Breitner House!!

A truly unforgettable experience, everything is exceptional! Accommodation, hospitality, breakfast - especially breakfast, not only delicious but sees you through until at least teatime! Camilla is the best host you will ever come across and her recommendations for whatever you what to do are absolutely on point. The ambience is welcoming, relaxing and sumptuous, highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again.

Never has my review of a property been defined almost entirely by 1 person working at the property. But this review is different. This review is about Camilla… the one-of-a-kind owner and host of this stunning boutique hotel. Camilla’s reputation precedes her. If you don’t believe me, just read a dozen reviews for this property and count how many times guests rave about her. She’s a gem. A true gem and undeniably the best host of anyone I’ve ever come across in my 25 years of traveling the world.
The room we booked was huge and luxurious. The attention to detail was impeccable. The bathroom was enormous and cozy.
She helped my father and I book a boat tour that she highly recommended and we thoroughly enjoyed.
This morning, she prepared a breakfast fit for a king, or a pair of kings in our situation lol There were countless options and although I didn’t have a large enough stomach to try them all, I tried as many as I could and each one was a perfect 10/10.
Camilla, YOU are the reason for this review. YOU are the reason soooo many people rave about your gorgeous boutique hotel. And YOU are the reason so many of us will return one day. Thank you for making us feel like family, we adore you.
