A hidden gem 3 minutes from the metro.

Nice surprise.
The hotel was very nice.
The staff is amazingly kind and speaks several languages. It's perfect.
The room and breakfast, one without fault.
Coffee/tea/water at the reception.
Breakfast room accessible during the day as small zen corner.
Minimalist but top port room
I have only one small flat, it could be a little warmer in the room, the airco is slow to relax. But cleanliness, quality, impeccable bedding.
50€ for parking until check out.
Additional 5€/h.
It can be scary but compared to the parking lots of the city, we are winners and especially it is safe.
One thing is certain, when we return to Amsterdam, I am not looking for another hotel. I'm won over.

We stayed with this hotel two weeks ago and gave 5 stars. This time the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working. Hot days, family with children, and the matter wasn’t resolved for 3 days. We were given a mobile Aircon unit which exhausted hot air inside the room and was very noisy all night long. Si combination of noise & sauna experience.,. No compensation was offered whatsoever. The staff told us they would have given us free breakfast but we paid for breakfasts in advance… so no compensation whatsoever and we paid full price for this appalling experience. Staff are nice people but the bottom line is that the situation wasn’t resolved and the expected level of service wasn’t met. Hotels are checked when the unexpected occurs and here it was a fail.
Also despite multiple requests the room wasn’t made. So disappointing experience, especially compared to the previous stay.

Good experience!

We loved our stay at this hotel! I loved the book exchange in the lobby, and the pride flags that were hung! The staff were all kind, and the breakfast was pretty good. The room was clean, and I LOVED that they provided a refillable glass bottle and filtered water that we could have in our room! The location is also convenient to transportation, which made getting around super easy. It was quiet and a good experience!

Simply loved his hotel. Was perfect for a weekend in Amsterdam. Tucked away on a quiet street … yet everything in the center is within 10-20 min walking. And the room had a little kitchenette which was perfect. For I never got up in time for breakfast :-)
