Diabolical
Extremely dirty. Suspicious stains on a very dirty mattress. Flickering lights. Holes in the wall. I had to keep my shoes on at all times as the floor was filthy.
the double bed was two tiny beds pushed together. Not that bad normally, except one of the beds had such a big dip in it, I was practically sitting on the floor.

Perfect location and attractive prices
Too bad for the narrow stairs and really difficult for those who have a large amount of luggage, but after all it is the peculiarity of the city.
The design is not bad at all. I got a single room with a private bathroom. Everything is normal.
Cleaning okay. Hairdryer and standard courtesy service. Too bad for the window that was in front of a roof, but otherwise everything perfect.
For the price paid, I can't complain.
Strategic location, 5 minutes from the central station.

Uninhabitable - health hazard, disgusting, filthy, dirty
The room we arrived to was filthy, unhygienic, and completely run-down - nothing like the photos on Booking.com, which must have been taken a decade ago or completely falsified. The bed was full of pubic hair and dirt. The floorboards were broken, posing a physical danger, and the room smelled musty and moldy. The bathroom was filthy, and to top it off, the electrical socket next to the sink was hanging 5 cm out of the wall - a clear and serious safety hazard.
This place was uninhabitable. It was a health hazard, plain and simple.
There was no reception, just a noisy bar full of drunk people next door where the bartender doubled as hotel staff. We never saw the owner in person. When we contacted Booking.com, they tried to reach the host for days - she ignored every attempt. We were eventually offered a second room, which we didn’t want (we just wanted to leave), and surprise: it was just as disgusting and dangerous as the first.
We had no choice but to book two nights in a different hotel, and an early flight back home. The original booking cost us €1,200 for four nights - and we never even stayed there. Booking.com refused to issue a refund, despite endless phone calls, emails, and photo evidence. In the end, all they offered us was a pathetic €146 voucher.
This hotel should be shut down. It’s shocking that Booking.com continues to list this property. It violates basic health, safety, and consumer protection laws. We feel completely scammed - out of our money, time, and a vacation. (PS: the promised Wifi didn't work either)
