Stay with friends

Stays of 2 nights in Amsterdam in a triple room.
Located 10 min walk from the central station. Great location. Close to everything. No need to take transport.
The room was clean and perfectly equipped. The calm was highly appreciated. And there was always someone present at the reception to welcome us or meet our needs.
We did not have breakfasts on site so I do not know if they are offered.
I recommend this hotel

Excellent city hotel

We stayed for two nights in a family room. Tea/coffee facility. Shower gel provided. Clean and comfortable beds ,fresh towels on day two without asking. . Air conditioning a real bonus. The staff were lovely and very friendly and helpful. Ideally situated to Central station and walkable distance to attractions.

Excellent place to stay with spacious room, airco and all the little extras like coffee machine and iron were great.

Nice spacious room with airco which was hugely appreciated and coffee machine was a great plus and also iron.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Location okay. Close to the train station, and within reasonable walking distance to the canals and sightseeing locations. Expected more for the price, but Amsterdam is very expensive so I guess we shouldn't have been surprised. Tiny hotel, with just a few rooms per floor. Some of the rooms are in the basement, with no windows. I was told I booked the basement, but I don't remember 'basement' being mentioned anywhere in the booking process. I did book the least expensive rooms. Four ladies traveling together, so two rooms. One got upgraded to the first floor, so had to draw straws for who would be in the basement. Just one night on a 24 hour layover, so it worked out okay.

Excellent location from the ferry coach drop off point and close to the station. Just a short walk to the main areas for exploring too. They were more than happy for us to drop our bags off in the morning so we could head out to explore the city unencumbered by baggage, we did the same on check out, returning on our way to the coach pick up point to collect our bags. We encountered 3 different staff members, all greeted us and were friendly in their interactions. Check in was quick and easy as was checking out. The hotel was clean and the room well presented with a modern feel. We didnt hear any noise from other guests and had a comfortable and pleasant nights sleep with no outside disturbances, the air con worked well. Our only minor grumble and its very minor was there is only 1 plug socket in the refreshment/fridge area so we had to keep unplugging the fridge to use the coffee machine or kettle. We could have moved the kettle to the other side of the room but we couldnt be bothered! We would definitely recommend the hotel and wouldn't hesitate to book it again on a future trip.
