Unforgettable Amsterdam
The location of the hotel was very convenient as you could just walk everywhere from there. The personnel of the reception were very helpful and kind. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and despite the fact that the hotel is very close to the train station, there was no noise art all. The atmosphere of Amsterdam was very interesting and beautiful, to which you'd want to return in the future.

Best location in Amsterdam
It is already the fifth time I stay at this hotel and I recommend .Super well located, clean, delicious breakfast and super polite and attentive staff.The rooms are clean and functional.

Good Location, small rooms
Great location. Clean, quiet. However, the room is really small. Bathroom not comfortable, if you are big and tall, this is not for you.
No extras in the rooms. AC was not working, staff were not the type to go out of their way to help. If you choose not to have the room cleaned for the stay, they should compensate you with something, you are saving them money after all with housekeeping. There are other hotels who do that.

No Coffee?? Mindblowing
First hotel I ever stayed that doesn't have any free tea/coffee facilities. 4 euro in reception. Nope. Even the Ibis Styles which is a lower rating and cheaper, had free coffee in the reception. I thought this is totally standard in every hotel pretty much everywhere around the world so I learned something new and will be sure to check this when booking again.

We loved the location. We were just passing through to Switzerland and Italy. The bar was nice so that we could sleep when we arrived and then have a drink and something to eat later without having to leave the hotel. We will stay again in the spring when we return. Our room was clean and roomy, with air conditioning. We paid extra for breakfast and it was a good selection.
