Very nice for a weekend away

The room was more spacious than expected. There was air conditioning which was very nice considering the hot weather. In the shower was soap of rituals present.
The hotel is located just outside the city center but with public transport (which is very easy to use) you are so there.
Finally, there was also free tea and coffee available in the hotel.
The only downside is that the rooms could get a refresher. This is because a nice amount is being asked and the wallpaper was coming off on some pieces.
The room was very hygienic.

The hotel promised air condition, but it was broken. They did not tell us, and when I asked about it, they just said it wasn't working. When I shared a formal complaint, they tried to fix it but were unable to. The hotel has an AI bot through WhatsApp to answer requests, which seems to be just a way to make you feel heard.
Overall - air condition was a crucial part of our criteria to pick the hotel for our trip during a heat wave, and they didn't deliver or even tell us that it was broken.
Otherwise, the amenities were fine. The room was smaller than it appeared on photos, the water pressure was weak, and there were a few more details that weren't ideal. But overall, if the A/C had been working we would have been happy.

Hotel located in an amazing area with great public transport connections and also on a quiet street! The staff was very kind and helpful. Everything was as expected, a nice hotel in general.

Great location yet very small room, staff available very few hours per day (and not very helpful) Canal view or indoor garden setting not worth paying a high price. As a reference, we paid over 300 dollars a night via hotels.com.
During our stay we asked for a different bed, another luggage stand, no response even though we left a written note with my phone and WhatsApp information on top of their computer keyboard at the reception.
Quite disappointing and expensive to say the least.

Boutique hotel, away from main tourist area but easily accessible either walking or by tram.
Clean room with Rituals handwash, shower gel etc. Coffee, tea, fruit, biscuits available. Kitchen area. Outside garden seating.
De Pijp area close with large selection of restaurants.
