Location is excellent next to a lot of amenities. The highlight of the hotel is the staff and how friendly and helpful from check in all the way to housekeeping. Next to shopping and a lot of places is easily 10-15 mins walk away from the museums and other sites.

Our first floor “premium” room was nothing like the photos—black walls, dim lighting and ugly gray wallpaper. But it was roomy, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. I personally didn’t like the design aesthetic with the dark hallways and dirty-looking splotchy hall carpeting—it felt depressing. I also was not impressed with the front entrance, as we had to step over a man begging for change every day right outside the front doors, sticking his legs straight out into the cigarette butt-strewn walkway. I did love most of Amsterdam’s vibe of tolerance and acceptance but I hope you redecorate soon.

Excellecnt hotel facilities and Location

The hotel was very nice, the loication was superb, the staff was nice, and the room was great. I will come back.

The location was good , staff were cooperative but the internet was bad ,
Lightening of the room is weak
And A/C diffecult to control

Amazing Hotel and Staff

Without a shadow of a doubt the best hotel i have stayed at in Amsterdam. The room was spacious modern and spotless and the balcony made the experience even better with incredible views of Amsterdam.
As perfect as the room and hotel were the real win was the staff, nothing was too much trouble for them and Sofie and Giuseppe at reception were fantastic, accommodating and amazing.
The Bar and restaurant at the hotel although independently run have all the same values as the hotel and service and staff were also brilliant.
I would highly recommend this hotel and will be my go to when visiting Amsterdam from now on.
