Good but not wonderful considering the price. Location was fairly good but on the edge of the red light District in case you got turned around.

Amazing Breakfast

Good clean hotel. The breakfast was super. The bar was badly managed; (in chaos if there were more than a handful of customers)

Great hotel in a quiet but central location

Service was friendly and courteous. Clean rooms. Cant say that the view from the room was good, but it is in quiet yet central location.

honestly couldn’t fault my stay at the Radisson Blu Amsterdam City Center. From the moment I arrived, everything was excellent.
The staff were absolutely outstanding — so warm, welcoming, kind and helpful throughout my entire stay. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the level of customer service was genuinely second to none. Every member of staff I dealt with made me feel incredibly welcome.
I was very kindly upgraded to a Junior Suite, which was such a lovely surprise and made my stay even more special. The room was beautiful, spacious and extremely comfortable.
I also ordered room service during my stay and that was excellent too — the food was delicious and the service was fantastic.
The hotel itself is in a brilliant location, but for me it was the staff who really made the experience. Their kindness, professionalism and genuine friendliness stood out from the moment I arrived until the moment I left.
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and will absolutely choose this hotel when I return to Amsterdam. A truly wonderful stay and an easy 10/10. Highly recommended!
