GREAT HOSPITALITY BUT A LITTLE WORN

I'm giving 4 stars but I was debating between 3 and 4 stars. The hospitality is fantastic!! Front desk is very helpful and kind and offered directions and recommendations to restaurants. They also upgraded us to a junior suite without us requesting it. Loved the staff! However, when we got to the room, there was a big stain in the chair. We wondered why it hadn't been removed. The room was very worn. It needs a paint job and some new furniture. There were chips in the end tables and the furniture looked old. The bathroom was updated so why not the rest of the room? If they made these changes, it would absolutely be 5 stars. Breakfast was included and was fine though very basic.

We ate at the Italian restaurant next door twice. Food was excellent. The Bank is nicely located to the city centre and lots of interesting things to do close by.

Really nice little hotel, conveniently located fairly close to Centraal Station on pedestrian/cycle only street with plenty of shops and restaurants etc.

It’s a good hotel I’m general. Depending on where you are, it’s a bit far from the museums located at the southern part of the city. It’s a <1 mile walk to the central station to take trains and metros which is pretty convenient . However, not feeling safe walking in the area though

Very old and not kept up. Furniture look dirty and old. Floors terrible. Bed and sheets were fine.
