Very bad restaurant. Do not go to after bankruptcy
I just want to share something. We came to dinner with you tonight for the first time after bankruptcy. I happened to look at the website yesterday, and thought: what a beautiful card. Looks really tasty, let me make a reservation for four people.
This is the card I see on your website when I click on the top left and click on Dinner. Try for yourself:

Steep in oysters beforehand and some olives:
It starts with us getting another card, the brasserie card. I thought this might be wrong, so asked the waitstaff: could it be that we have the wrong card? No, we've had another card since last week. Okay, a completely different card don't you think?
Disappointed, but let's order.
We order:
3 glasses of champagne for fifteen euros each. That fits in proportion with your Saam11 card, but not with your brasserie card.
1x Carpaccio
3x shrimp starter
The Carpaccio, the meat is not to be found so much Parmesan is all over the meat. Well, I guess that's still possible.
However, the shrimp are seriously flickered in the fryer and are served with a lemon. That's a different experience...
Are you so dulled, you can only get shrimp as an appetizer in the Maashotel from the fryer?
What cook makes up to throw shrimp in the fryer and serve it as an appetizer?!
We order:
1 red wine
1 white wine
2 x Spa fizz
What appears after 10 minutes of searching:
Water bottles are gone: only small bottles (can happen no problem)
Red wine that is on all the tables on plates appears to be on. All right, different wine....
Control female:
Apologizes, and indicates: I'm working here for the first time sorry today. (No problem)
Operation male:
No contact whatsoever: at checkout, not even a thank you or goodbye followed. Just nothing at all. Where is the surveillance here, and why aren't these people better trained?
The table is neatly laid:
It says olive oil. No bread? Isn't asked about it either, the plate with the knife has been there all dinner.
What are we going to do with that olive oil, I wondered? Maybe on the fried shrimp?
Then main course:
2x steak
1x schnitzel
1x black chicken
My meat is served raw. There was no question of how the meat is desirable.
Had some serious red meat! Dirty and tasteless. Add carrot as a vegetable, burnt. Sprouts also burned.
Then comes the hit:
The schnitzel; flickered in the fryer!
You're having a schnitzel in the fryer for a main course at the Maashotel?
The brasserie menu says: entrecote comes with fries, pepper sauce herb butter. Didn't have it all, wasn't one of them, didn't come.
The menu also includes the schnitzel: comes with fries and sauce of your choice. No fries, not asked about sauce. Dry fried schnitzel with a tomato where the green base is still present.
Then the icing on the cake:
Meanwhile, 2 other tables have been seated. They are both served an amuse in a glass, something with a fried shrimp by the looks of it. We have not seen or had any amuse? What exactly are you guys doing there I wonder.
I have never seen such an immensely badly run restaurant and eaten so dirty. Real excuse for writing this. You're going bankrupt again.
The girl from the service was neat and did her best, but needs to be trained. It's not her fault. What's coming out of your kitchen is terrible.
236,— paid.
We live in Lottum, but we don't come anymore.
I hope you can turn the tide because this was bizarrely bad. Coquille st Jacques and oysters on one card and fry on the other. Bizar!
And how can you charge 15 euros for a small glass of champagne when your main course costs 22,50 bizarre!
