Our opinion
Had a very nice week. However, the apartment was very hot even with everything closed and sleeping was almost impossible because there was also no window upstairs, a lot of barking of dogs. Those 2 things were less. Furthermore, very nice and beautiful park, good location, very friendly people and plenty to do!

Dirty, worn out, and smelling of urine.
The room was dirty and smelled of urine. The furnishings were worn, and the reception was not helpful. Unfortunately, a very negative experience. Recommendation: Do not book!

Dirty and unsafe
Filthy, dirty and unsafe. Park staff are doing nothing. And when they do something, they do the wrong things. Light with short circuit. Dangerous for small children. Dirty sofa set (for years). Vacuuming yourself and paying € 96,- for a final cleaning that you have done yourself. Headquarters does nothing! Worst park I've ever been to.
Strange that there are only positive reviews on their own site. This is very indicative.

Outdated park. Worn mattresses and worn sofas in room. Not child friendly
Park is outdated. House 194/195 totally worn bed mattresses. On the living room couch you sag. We had rented a large house (actually 2 houses next to each other) for 20 people. Apparently there is no such thing as complaint handling.
On arrival we found the house dated, not cleaned properly. Also strange if you book for 20 people, that only 6 sheets are laid out.
The LED light in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in ages: The dust was whirling down as we tried to turn on the light. The toilet door also didn't seem to have been polished for a while. There were 20-30 traces of water on it, which had run down. The toilet upstairs in one house was not attached properly and it smelled like urine. Several doors showed black fingerprints.
Near accident
Very risky is that IKEA cabinets are placed on wheels for connecting doors between the two. I understand that such a cabinet on wheels is easy for cleaning, but it is life-threatening. Because the cabinets are not stable. Our grandson of four years opened a door, and, wow: the cupboard tumbled forward!!!!!
Fortunately, his father was almost next to it, and he was able to stop the closet in no time. I find this very serious. Rather no cupboard than such an unstable cupboard. (In both houses, by the way). This holiday home is no longer child friendly.
The interior is not only outdated, but (what is worse) worn. Perhaps the most annoying thing is that the bed mattresses are completely worn.
In our bedroom we constantly rolled to the middle. You can't do this to a guest. This is not frugality. This is complete arrears.
The furniture was also worn out in the living room: The couches in the living room are too old. They're sagging. If you want to uphold a name like Summio, you don't do this to guests.
About the park, since I am writing some kind of evaluation, I would like to note that the interior in the restaurant is very shabby. Upholstered chairs that have had their heyday 10 or 20 years earlier. Upholstery is worn.
I am also surprised that you dare to charge 2 euros for six minutes of trampoline jumping.
Truly incredible in a so-called children's paradise.
The park shop is also very expensive. A liter of milk costs more than 2.49 euros.
Swimming pool closes at 5pm. This is a real shame for guests. If you arrive on Friday afternoon, you'll soon be late for the pool. Many people, and also our children have to work during the day, and then arrive, and can no longer use the swimming facility on Friday afternoons.
Conclusion: The holiday homes 194 and 195 are dated, and furniture is worn.

Loveless plant never again
Loveless accommodation. Only the most necessary is available. No hooks for towels no closets or shelves in the bathroom.
Dishes were dirty. Otherwise, three lamps were defective. For the small much offer however partly Paid.
