Clean room. Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast and restaurant for dinner.
Only "negative" was not very comfortable bed.

Nice hostess, impersonal service and bad coffee

A short visit in transit.
So a snack and then a cup of coffee...
Why such a bad coffee ???
Don't find it understandable.
A vending machine coffee like that, no one wants it...

Great hotel with friendly staff s

The hotel was fine, friendly people. The breakfast was fine, the bed was good and the packed lunch for the day was great!
1 star less because the pool was not available, I was looking forward to that.

Good hotel but with very soft beds

The hotel is really good. Friendly staff and very good restaurant.
There is only one negative thing: the beds are way too soft. We had a similar experience last year in a Van der Valk hotel in Hoorn. The beds in the Van der Valk in Sneek were excellent though. Is that because that hotel is part of the 'Van der Valk Exvlusief' hotels?
