No really positive experience

This hotel needs maintenance....and a big boost
We booked a twin room because seemingly everything was full.
We asked for a quiet location.....
Unfortunately....it already went wrong when booking on its own website. In the confirmation you get it says that you have to be at Waterstraat 74 in Groningen....very confusing when you book a hotel in Delfzijl...
Then the room..
A box...you can hardly turn the ass there....
Clean ..but very warm through a small folding window which can only open.
That quietly??? Unfortunately.....from 5 o'clock a lot of noise in the hallway due to slamming doors of people leaving ....
It was Sunday morning...
Breakfast....in itself complete but the lady had other priorities than refilling the products that were on or clearing tables...
So messy and various people asked for products that ran out....
The price/quality ratio is not what it should be.
140 euros incl breakfast is really too much for this room.....
Owner....do something with this because this hotel has many possibilities

Delicious food

Been here for dinner. There were no vegetarian options on the menu but after inquiring in the kitchen there were three options that all sounded good. Enjoyed nut mince with multiple side dishes. Price quality ratio also excellent.

Avoid this hotel if you can use it as a last resort.

My room seemed like an addition to the hotel, not part of the original structure, because of this the floors were very noisy and made a lot of sound wherever anyone was walking nearby.
Had an evening meal at the hotel service and the food was very bad and took forever to arrive not what I would expect for the price paid. Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in, breakfast was very disappointing little choice dark, cold restaurant and a general lack of interest by staff.
