A mockery

Chefs choice 3 course dinner I would not choose, beforehand was some lettuce with parma ham +2,50€, main course was not there so dorada fillet chosen, taste was good but was at least dorada 10 by 3 cm and as a surprise chef's choice dessert.... a glass filled with straciaella ice cream with whipped cream and chocolate sauce.... ? Chef choice???? Think even giving no chef a better choice kab ... what a mockery!!!! There is also mentioned enjoyed on terrace but that is not for a booked dinner ... think twice!!!

Stayed here twice and the first time was really good -service was good. Second time stayed last week and the service was poor. Waited at the bar for 10 minutes even though most staff members saw me and just walked past as they seemed to be focused on the restaurant - for me, you close the bar or you man it… not let people just wait. Spiolt the visit to be honest and not sure I would come back.
Room nice and big - holes in the bed sheets and breakfast was average.
Sorry for the review but I was expecting better based on first stay last year

Beautiful location - nice hotel

Good hotel in nice park. 3 rooms booked for family outing through Fletcher voucher promotion with upgrade to comfort room. The rooms were clean. 2 x room in main house. 1x spacious room with spacious bathroom on 3rd floor. 1x smaller room with small bathroom on 1st floor. 1x spacious room with spacious bathroom in country house on the 1st floor. There is no elevator in the mansion. Good breakfast, nice staff, nice base for day trips. Great parking space. No coffee-tea facilities in bedroom. Value for money top.

Average

Dinner and breakfast were well catered for. It's a beautiful estate. We had a luxurious room in the coach house. The room was large but empty and atmosphereless. There were no coffee/tea facilities, no refrigerator and even no trash can (except for a small sanitary bucket in the bathroom.) It wasn't clean. There was even rubbish in the toilet when we arrived. Toilet seat and sink tap were dirty. Although reported, this was not resolved. The bedding was old and the bottom sheet was torn. This was also reported but not resolved. Staff were friendly and helpful.
