Cozy and nice old house

The house is an old one, but is very cozy, the atmosphere is very warm, the beds are comfortable and the host is amazing.
The property is 5 minutes walking from city-center, in a quiet area.
For sure I’ll be back next year.

Be warned!

Last month we booked 2 rooms, for 5 people.
We were horrified by the state of the house and the rooms.
Old, dirty and noisy.
Shared bathroom and toilet, also with the owner and her visit. On the toilet was urine next to the bowl and toilet paper on the seat.
The bathroom was dirty and there was a moldy shower curtain.
In the bedrooms it was also not okay, prints of cat paws on the old worn bedding. Sockets hung from wires from the wall. Very unsafe!
We left and stayed in a nice hotel for the same money.
We've never experienced this before.
I really wonder how positive reviews are posted for this property!

Espectacular

La verdad es que de primeras no tenía muy claro dónde me estaba metiendo, y la primera sensación es de que te has equivocado de sitio. Te recibe una señora mayor, ojo, agradable como ella sola, te enseña la casa que aunque de primeras se ve un poco oscura y tenebre, es un sitio súper limpio y acogedor, la cama es hiper cómoda, el baño está equipado con todo, incluida una lavadora que puedes usar y el desayuno.... Madre mía el desayuno, esta mujer es una santa.
Como extra, tiene una terracita con un brasero en el que puedes echar tus cigarritos de la risa con comodidad y tranquilidad.
Recomendado al 100% por la mitad de precio que los hoteles cercanos.

Eccellente

B&b a 5 minuti dal centro. Struttura un po' vecchiotta ma comunque comoda, proprietaria molto cordiale e disponibile, bagno spazioso e ha un cortile interno dopo poter anche fumare. Prezzo direi decisamente abbordabile.
