Great hotel

I loved staying here in the hotel . wich is direct at the terminal. and from your bedroom you have a nice vieuw of the coming and going planes. The rooms or verry silent you dont have any disturb from the planes

Practical location, missed opportunity in terms of guest experience

Unfortunately my stay at Tulip Inn Eindhoven Airport was disappointing. I had booked this hotel because of an early flight and the expectation that this would offer above all convenience and tranquility.
The check-in was unpleasant: I felt helped in a hurry and the communication at the reception did not appear professional. In addition, the wifi in the room did not work properly and there appeared to be no possibility to get dinner in the hotel, while this was indicated as a facility.
However, I would like to mention that the bar staff were very friendly. The location is practical for an early flight, but given the price of the stay I found the service and amenities disappointing.

Great staff! Beautiful property. Loved the runway views we paid extra for.
Bathroom and shower were odd. Sopping wet toilet area because there was no way to stop the overspray when showering. Almost fell on the slippery tiles.
WC also not a separate room. Glass wall with gaps all the way around. No fan. Every noise was amplified in the rest of the room. Rather odd.
Separate vanity / sink area which is nice when a couple is trying to shower and get ready at the same time. But lighting was so low I could barely see my face to put on makeup.
Also and most important for summer travelers - a very HOT room!!! Almost 27 degrees and no way to cool it down and no fans. In the recent (36-40 degree) heat wave this was quite undesirable. The hallways were noticeably cooler than the rooms. Staff said the airport controls the temperature in the rooms. It was kind of like German trains where it’s not really air conditioned. More like, they will reduce the ambient temp a set number of degrees below the outside temps and that’s all.
Next room kept slamming their doors all hours. Rattled the whole room when they did. At that point we knew we were not going to sleep - between the heat and the vibration / noise of the slamming doors.
Otherwise a nice property.

Amazing location for a night stay. The shower gel/shampoo could be better, my pillowcase had stains on it but overal I'm happy with my stay and I would book again.

Never again

Stayed in a doghouse of a room.
Bah bah... never again.. beds bad.
Sink in the bedroom. Really very primitive
