A hotel worth staying at

Beautiful and neat hotel. Friendly staff and good service. The only downside is the paid parking.

The hotel is not 4 stars

Very good location, friendly staff. Delicious breakfast and sharing dinner. The hotel itself could use a thorough refresh. Carpet full of stains, beds were not made. Bathroom and shower were okay. Only soap provided for a 4-star hotel. Public and paid parking

Great hotel with very nice rooms & s very comfortable bed but service was not 100% in my opinion.

The appearance is pleasing, the zoo is nearby.

We had 2 rooms for one night at the hotel due to its proximity to the zoo. The ambiance is quite nicely done. The connection to the zoo is reflected in the hotel. The rooms and the amenities are good. Unfortunately, there is only one German television channel. In the evening, we had a very good meal at the restaurant. Standard Fletcher, as well as the breakfast. The rolls at breakfast are unfortunately quite dry. There are no espresso cups at the coffee machines. Parking is available in front of the hotel. The parking fee is reasonable. I find the hotel prices to be somewhat high. However, I can recommend the hotel.
