Very nice place!
What a wonderful hotel!
Food excellent, breakfast very very extensive. As many as 5 different types of meats , various cheese varieties
And various kinds of bread.
Beautiful base for a.o.

in isolation in hotel
Just a few days away. And I'm talking about husband (77) and wife (75) and of course our little dog a Shi Tzu of 9 years old. Checked the internet to see where there is a hotel in Limburg via Voordeeluitjes where it is no problem to come with your dog. Our dog listens very well and goes everywhere with us when we go on holiday at home and abroad. We found hotel Eperland in Epen south Limburg. Looked closely at the website of advantage outings and also at the website of the hotel Eperland in Epen. And yes hear pets allowed and you will be asked for a fee of € 10,= per night. Now that's not a problem,. Furthermore, no special features are allowed in pets. So booked. Arriving at the hotel, the problem begins. You get a room on the ground floor that is probably adjacent to the kitchen and the room has a bad smell, musty and food smells. We protest this room, but hotel says pets stay on the ground floor. Then one designates a room that is one further, room no.3. Room looks good and also smells very different from room no. 2. Then comes the next surprise. We are informed that the dog is not allowed in the dining room and that we have to eat separately in the bar. We clearly protested against this but there was no listening ear. You don't see and hear our little dog when we eat and he always sits under the table. But there is no discussion possible .It was clearly said by the owner that we should not get it in our head to leave the property without paying. We therefore contacted Voordeeluis (costs € 5,= per call) and he heard our story and would mediate . Benefit outings called back and said the hotel was not accommodating. We were very upset and felt discriminated against because we had a dog with us. We have to pay for the dog and are then placed in another room as infectious people with food. Then breakfast again in that bar. You walk a 100 feet to pick up your breakfast and then back to the bar to eat it. Then you sit at a table and less than 2 meters behind you they both clean the toilet. You eat and the toilet is cleaned 2 meters away, the smell of toilet meets you during dinner. Then Voordeeluijes calls you and they have consulted with each other and hotel. Outcome: there is no outcome you are simply put aside and consultation with hotel results in that hotel does not cooperate to reach a solution. From then on, contact with owner is very bad. You are bullied because at dinner the owner puts drinks in front of the dining room but makes so much noise that you are eating just like if you are at a fair or on the black cross. They don't like you anymore because you turned on Benefit Outings. You feel humiliated and discriminated against. The hotel should have clearly indicated that you can bring your dog and have to pay € 10, = per night and that you will then be isolated from the other guests with the food and if a person with a virus is put in isolation with the food. People you go to this hotel with your pet then you know what you are in for. Doggy welcome-pay-and put in seclusion. That should have been mentioned by hotel and Benefit Outings on their website. Find a hotel where you are welcome with your animal and not discriminated against for bringing a dog that the hotel already knows because they see the reservation who comes in.

What a lovely hotel, great breakfast and also dinner tasty, fantastic start for our cycling routes to Belgium, lovely terrace too, I would say to the next x Tom and all the other staff

Very nice and quiet location.....clean room good bed......fine breakfast and dinner.....friendly people....so a 10! So we enjoyed it and will come again... Highly recommended for peace seekers! We have come to rest here!
