Simply Stunning!

From seeing the boutique as we walked around the corner of a beautiful wooded area we knew this was somewhere very special. Although even before this we received a really friendly telephone call, email & text message to welcome us to the hotel so the Customer Service is exceptional. This still didn’t prepare us for the wow effect of walking into the entrance. As we walked into the room it definitely didn’t disappoint. There is too much to say, everything was exceptional and the spec of the decor is stunning. We will be back to this hidden gem when I visit my brother because that bed gave me 2 of the best nights sleep I’ve had in years. Thank you so much and we will be spreading the word. ❣️

Charming

Sebastian has paid such close attention to detail with the design of this charming small Hotel. Its a beautiful place to stay, calm and restful. The shower has mood colours in the lighting and is super strong with jacuzzi effect side sprays. Rooms are spacious and the gardens house some aged sculpture which is beautiful in itself. The breakfast is served to you on a Baroque silver tray. Its just right, some continental breads, jams etc with fresh juices and the most tasty pear I've had for a long time. Contemporary style and lighting has been thought through intelligently. Super stylish. Very "Timney Fowler!" Its a hidden gem. Highly recommend.

An absolute gem hidden in the beautiful area of Haarlem!

20 minute walk to downtown area or a 5 minute drive. Nice area to run in the forests across the street if you're an active person. Multiple wonderful restaurants are well within walking distance (20 minutes). Sebastian was a fantastic host and housekeeping made sure it was a pleasure to arrive back in the room after a long day!

Slechte communicatie en service. Nooit meer!

Vanwege ziekte van mij en partner, konden we niet meer gaan. eigenaar was niet flexibel om hierin (ook met extra kosten), de boeking om te zetten naar een ander moment. Eigenaar gaf aan dat hij dag eerder ook al afmeldingen had (totaal nutteloze info voor mij).
We zouden het geld van fietshuur terugkrijgen, maar ook daar moest ik achteraan bellen om het terug te krijgen.
Bij het boeken een vraag gesteld over eerder reserveren fietsen. Daar nooit een reactie op ontvangen.
Ik krijg het gevoel dat ze met minimale inzet, maximaal willen verdienen. Totaal geen goed gevoel bij.

Beste mevrouw, u schrijft "nooit meer", maar u heeft echter nooit bij ons gelogeerd. U koos voor het goedkoopste tarief, een tarief dat NIET gewijzigd kan worden. Wij vinden het echter spijtig dat u onze communicatie als "slecht" heeft.

De moeite van het slapen waard!

Het is een fantastisch gezellig en mooi boutique-hotel net buiten het centrum van Haarlem. De inrichting is sfeervol en de verzorging is uitstekend. De ontvangst is digitaal maar na het ontmoeten van de gastheer kunnen wij alleen maar zeggen: warme ontvangst en goed gastheerschap. Het ontbijt is uitstekend en wordt uitgeserveerd in je kamer. Het hotel ligt aan een doorgaande weg direct naar het centrum op 3 minuutjes rijden. Echt aan te bevelen. Johan de Rooij
