Lovely stay in Quebec

We had a wonderful 3 day stay at this hotel. Nice room (all rooms have been renovated)
Lovely bed, nice bathroom with walk-in shower. We had the suite and it also had a fridge and that is very nice.
Breakfast is fine and adequate as always at Fletcher. Dinner once and that was delicious too. All the staff are super friendly, big kudos.

What a great experience with you! -Thank you. A night away unexpectedly just because you can! What a surprise wonderful room with balcony fridge coffee tea wonderful shower and good bed .We swam and enjoyed the rich breakfast. Thank you for the lovely memory.

A lovely hotel to relax and unwind.

What a great hotel. Still authentic. We had a room above the entrance. With real old doors to the balcony. Room was very clean and tidy. Staff super friendly and helpful. Indeed, some maintenance may still be done here and there but then you already have to pay attention to where. But I suspect the hotel knows that too. Parking is mediocre. Maybe turn tennis court away and parking. But it's a beautiful setting. In the middle of the villas whose people are also very friendly. Nice to also walk around the neighborhood.

Fantastic hotel and restaurant

We were very impressed. As I read, the hotel was renovated and that was easy to see. Nice rooms. The restaurant had good food and the best ice cream I've ever had. Top breakfast and staff. We had a lovely stay at this place.

Don't expect experienced staff and nice dinner! Breakfast fine though.

It didn't cost much, but it wasn't much either! Booked through Groupon l/o and 3 course dinner. At dinner everything went wrong, got things we had not ordered and food was also mediocre. We were not asked once if we wanted another drink. Eventually we had to ask twice for a drink, which we had to wait another half hour for. Then again the right thing was not brought and the bill was also wrong (got up too much). No drink offered yet. When checking out it turned out that our bike carrier was stolen from the car (nb the bike carrier was locked and the car too), but unfortunately there are no cameras at the parking lot. We understand that parking is at your own risk, but here too a little empathy would have been appropriate. Had offered a cup of coffee or something in time that we had to arrange eea...

Elke dag werken al onze medewerkers erg hard voor het leveren van de beste kwaliteit in service en gastvrijheid, helaas heeft u dat tijdens uw verblijf niet zo ervaren en dat vind ik vervelend te vernemen.
Ik heb uw bevindingen omtrent het diner in ons restaurant besproken met onze Restaurant Manager en we gaan veranderingen doorvoeren om de kwaliteit beter te kunnen borgen.
Nogmaals vind ik het vervelend dat u niet de ervaring hebt gehad bij ons die u mag verwachten, maar mede dankzij uw feedback zijn wij nog beter in staat om onze service te verbeteren.
