6. Hotel on the tour around the Ijselmeer

Great Mood,- the Entree is perfect! Super large and wide. Flure. The room is ok.
The bathroom was mega big and just super modern! The beds can be adjusted by remote control! Very comfortable!
Enough space for everything. But the breakfast exceeded everything. Really... Very very good for everyone something. Figs, strawberries... salads fruit vegetables great, you don't have to eat fluffibrot here. highly recommended.

Everything breathes history

Beautiful hotel (B&B formula). Former mast making and other ship's necessities. Old elements were partly spared when converting to hotel.
Friendly welcome in the authentic reception. Cosy furnished lounche.
Rooms are housed in a separate building. Beautifully landscaped garden.
Lockable bicycle storage.

Comfortable hotel in historic building with delightful breakfasts

Hotel Lemmer is a beautiful hotel in a restored former mast-making workshop. I stayed here for one night on a cycling trip through the Netherlands. Hotel staff were easy to work with when I had to plan for a late check-in. The room was comfortable with all the expected amenities. The grounds are beautiful.
I am still thinking about the included breakfast, which was one of the best I've ever seen in all my travels! I had a 60-mile bike ride ahead of me that day so I made full use of the delicious buffet, which is just as generous as pictured in photos here. I got to sample small portions of traditional Dutch foods like spekkoek and pannekoeken as well as fueling up for the day ahead. I highly recommend this place.

extended family weekend

We had two rooms in the main house. We were very pleased. The rooms, cleanliness and reception, everything was fine. The hotel has a quiet location and it is not far to the center. The hotel's own parking spaces are also very convenient. For the upper floors there is a small elevator. We were very pleased with the breakfast. It was quickly followed up and the two ladies were very accommodating. You have a beautiful view of the garden and can certainly have breakfast outside in summer.

Beautiful hotel.

We stayed in hotel Lemmer for 2 nights and loved it. The old mastmaker business has been beautifully made into a hotel with modern rooms. The old workplace has been transformed into a breakfast area and lounge area with a bar. You can still see parts of the old building inside. The outside looks great as well and there are lots af areas where you can sit. Our room was very comfortable. We would have liked a little coffeemachine in the room and a little fridge.
Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. And the location is perfect. So close to the centre and on a canal. The people in the hotel were all very friendly.
